Welcome recruit. Finding you looking at this mission statement means that we somehow managed to get your interest. Great! Most likely it's because we want you to join our ranks.
Our mission is to form a strong force within the EVE universe. Even though we cannot match the large alliances in regards of equipment we may easily match them in dedication and organization. A well drilled force in small ships can easily devastate larger vessels that are less organized.
Military and economic strength go hand in hand and one cannot be without the other. Strength comes from tight cooperation and that is what this corporation is about. There are many ways of playing this game and have fun. Bringing all ways of playing into this corp is what will give us strength.
The body of any corp is made from normal pilots - occasional players or players that just want to PLAY the game - not getting themselves deep into sheets of papers, diagrams and memos. These will be the enlisted personnel.
Responsible for keeping everybody happy, encouraged and active are the noncommissioned officers. It's at their hands that the corp is actually running - they start operations and get people going on a daily basis.
And it's up to the officers to actually have an idea WHERE the corp is running to. There will be several departments dealing with different aspects of corp life and providing all required information for the noncommissioned officers
